What is a Baby Ambassador Program?
With our baby ambassador program we will be following a one boy and one girl and twins from Charlotte, NC throughout their entire first year journey. As the faces of NicSo Studio, these little ambassadors will represent the heart of what we do—celebrating and preserving the beauty of your baby’s entire first year.

How often do you accept Ambassadors?
You will receive a minimum of 3 complimentary sessions: newborn, milestone and cake smash. You will still go through our normal process and have your reveal in which you will receive 5 complimentary digital images per session as well as a brag book after your first session to show off your sweet baby. ($2,600 value!) You will also receive Ambassador cards to hand out to friends and family!
The more active you are the more you will get! See below for a full list of goodies you can receive from your time as an ambassador!

Your referrals must mention your name when booking their session for you to get credit. This is made easier if they bring your card to their session. They'll get the free offer of an 8x10 print, you'll get credit (in case they forgot to mention you when booking)!

The short answer is just you and your baby! We have everything you need for the sessions themselves. We ask that you bring your regular diaper bag and extra milk as well as a casual neutral outfit for anyone participating in the sessions. We will discuss all of this prior to your sessions!

Each year, NicSo Studio selects a new set of baby ambassadors—one boy and one girl, and twins—with due dates between September and December. This timeline ensures a seamless transition as the previous year’s ambassadors celebrate their first birthdays, allowing the new ambassadors to take their place in the spotlight.

Baby Ambassador Program
** Applications are closed until late 2025. If you're due in or after September 2025 you can apply. Slots are extremely limited. Only 1 spot for boy, 1 spot for girl and 1 spot for twins for mid/late 2025 are available.
What can I earn?
3 referrals:
Our custom small album including 12 digital images (plus the 5 base images you receive per session) Value of $1350
6 referrals:
Upgraded to our custom Luxury album including 20 digital images (plus the 5 base images per session) AND
Get a FREE 16x20 wall art piece! Value of $3,450
9 referrals:
Upgraded to our custom Signature album including 30 digital images (plus the 5 base images per session) AND
Get a FREE 20x30 wall art and any album add-ons! Value of $5,200
